WHY REBORN?

TRAINING AND NUTRITION
My training method is taken from a holistic approach and involves a lifestyle modification beginning with the nutrients we fuel our bodies with to the practice of moving weekly. Our mood, body physique, organ health, cognitive functioning, and athletic performance are all dependent on the sustenance we fuel our body with and the actions we take.

MASSAGE THERAPY
The method of treatment I’ve developed focuses on healing injuries and achiness in the body by combining Swedish techniques with deep tissue and athletic therapy. The treatments will be customized depending on your pressure tolerance level and comfortability to provide a therapeutic and soothing touch every time.

FASCIAL STRETCH THERAPY
FST is an improved method of stretching the soft tissue to help increase functionality and mobility in joints and muscles. If you’ve ever felt “stuck” or “restricted” in your hips, shoulders, neck, etc. FST is a great way to loosen up the tissue in a pain-free method and experience what it would be like to hit a reset button for your body. Gain the benefits of a yoga class without doing the yoga!

What does it mean to become REBORN?
As humans, we are creatures of habit and our habits intricately weave the fabric of our lifestyles. From the thoughts we harbour to the foods we eat, our lives are sculpted by these routine behaviours.

My program is dedicated to orchestrating subtle yet impactful shifts in our habitual patterns. Through these incremental adjustments, we aim to nurture both our physical and mental well-being, ultimately paving the way for a rejuvenated and elevated version of ourselves.

As the fruits of these positive changes manifest in our lives, the returning to old, detrimental habits loses its grip, and we find ourselves standing at the threshold of a profound transformation thus becoming REBORN.

I’ve been seeing Joe for a few years now and he’s redefined how I think about massages. Joe has been able to get the most stubborn of knots out of my shoulders and neck. I’ve gone to see him when I was unable to turn my head and have walked out almost as good as new. He is also great at explaining the mechanisms behind my pain and what he’s doing to remedy it.
Technical skills aside, Joe is incredibly personable and easy to talk to which makes the hour of undoing knots much less painful. Highly recommend!

Trainer: He was always very good at understanding where I was and amending the activity to focus on what was most important then vs following one playbook. Is going to push you to incrementally get better every session even if its small gains.
Massage: It feels like he really understands the body well. I've often told him about pains I had in one area and he would end up massaging further away from the pain point...and after the session I'd feel much better. At one point I was going to him weekly and I really felt like my performance and flexibility improved thanks to this work!
